As a child I would like to be asked how I am feeling about my friends so that so that my therapist knows more about my life.

  • create a sliding scale from 0 - 5
  • create a drawing of the three characters together?

Feedback from our product owner given on issue #112:

  • 'perhaps change question to: ‘How are things with friends?'
  • 'include a happy and sad face scale (on either side of the line)'
  • 'what do you like and dislike to ‘comments’? or remove as it may be making it too complicated, ask service users during testing stage.'
  • 'add drawing of friends.'
  • No 'Friends' title at the top. Use the sub-header as the title
