Manage ADP Containers

User Story

As a member of an ADP Org, I am able to manage the ADP container for my org.

Acceptance Criteria

• Can add and update an ADP record for a PUBLISHED CVE record from any CNA
• ADP endpoint will only have access to ADP containers owned by the calling organization
• ADP key is removed when a CVE Record is rejected

Notes

• An ADP org can only have one ADP container per CVE Record
• CNAs can create ADP containers for records they own (If they are also an ADP)
• cveMetadata.dateUpdated is updated whenever org’s ADP container is touched
• ADP providerMetadata fields are autofilled
