Added an example for along-isobath averaging (#416)

* Added test script to see if it works * Removes the test file after confiming everything works * Added scipy as a module * Added an along-isobath averaging recipe * Delete ContributedExamples/Cross-slope_section_potrho_cc.ipynb * move to Examples * Formatting and structure changes * Reduced Figures and cleaned up Along_Isobath_Average file * Added Taimoor S. to Zenodo tracker * move to recipes and add some spaces * Fixed bug with start and end time * still I run into a wall * more verbose vars * some breathing space * My HDF5 attribute error * add threads_per_worker = 1 --------- Co-authored-by: Navid C.
