https://cosima-cookbook.readthedocs.io is very out of date (e.g. it refers to VDI and Raijin).

Should this be updated, or should we remove it and use https://cosima-recipes.readthedocs.io for all documentation?
If the latter, maybe we should replace https://cosima-cookbook.readthedocs.io with a redirection to https://cosima-recipes.readthedocs.io ?

I don't think there was much of relevance at the Cookbook docs site, I've added a redirect to Recipes instead.
