Drag and drop a compressed (32MB) Zelda: Ocarina of Time NTSC 1.0 ROM into Decompress.exe to get a file with the same name, but with "-decomp" added to the end. This is the decompressed (64MB) version of the ROM.

I haven't tested this on any other versions of OoT, but I think it would probably still work..
