More details at: cms-sw/cmssw#30911 (comment) and in this mattermost thread.
This is now a blocker to cross-check Tracking performance at HLT in view of the foreseen increase of the dynamic inefficiency at high PU for 2023, as well as for alca validations related to CPE conditions.
Please address ASAP.
