Missed some machine updates for hobart and cheyenne in #300.

Had these mods in my test sand box for PR #300, but forgot to commit them to the branch. Full test suites today on master after PR #300, https://github.com/CICE-Consortium/Test-Results/wiki/cice_by_hash, #d417b97 revealed the problems. Added mods again to this branch and retested, results look good. Only affects hobart and cheyenne, sorry about missing these mods in #300.
