This is the CICE addition of CMIP fields, issue #93. Note these changes are on top of PR #180 which has not been merged yet. The CMIP fields can all be triggered via the single namelist flag f_CMIP. This also addresses Issue #97 with the evaporation over snow and ice. Note this requires a separate PR from Icepack.
