Undo with selected junction de-selects the junction with undo #26

When undoing a step with a junction selected the junction becomes de-selected after the undo.

I'd like the selection to stay the same after undo. So if a strip/junction is selection when you press Undo that strip/junction should stay selected.

When selected or active Gedge or Gvert had an index of 0 in the data lists (eg Polystrips.gedges[0]) and 0 and None compare as True so my undo code thought that the selection state did not need need to be restored
