As a hospital or PHL, so I can notify the Intermediary team of an ETOR service issue, I need to be able to submit tickets via the ReportStream Help Desk.

• Hospital and PHLs using ReportSteam ETOR are able to submit tickets via the ReportStream Help Desk.

  • Additional RS e2e assertions created in the rs-e2e project for any new transformations. Includes improvements to the assertion code required to make the new assertions
