Brunel Visualization v2.2

Brunel Visualization 2.2 adds official support for Tree layouts including new interactive features (like node collapsing) that work with Tree and even other hierarchical style graphics. New style features were added as well and more flexibility to use css to apply aesthetics to data. Also note that the Spark integration for the Scala language now requires Spark 2.0/Scala 2.11.
