Service now interface (#109)

* CCID Validation example code

Endevor calls C1UEXT07.cob, which calls C1UEXTR2.rex which calls ServiceNow.py.
All logic is found in the interpretive languages - REXX and python.

* Package validations using COBOL, REXX and Python

* ServiceNow Integration with Endevor exits

* Service-Now using python

* Update ServiceNow.py to remove sensitive information.
