Improved login and setup flow

To run simply use grab the file:
wget https://github.com/BrightonBTC/bija/releases/download/v0.0.5-alpha/bija-v0.0.5-alpha
Make sure it's executable:
chmod +x bija-v0.0.5-alpha
Start the setup and follow instructions to enter/create you private key and password:
./bija-v0.0.5-alpha --setup
