We will be developing a mobile application similar to tiktok but instead users will be able to create and share gifs.
We will be using Java to develop the mobile application because we're both familiar with java. With the amount of time we have left and the manpower we have, we are not comfortable learning a new language and development tool to develop a cross platform application.
