Idea JetBrains License for open source contributors

As our project is Open source, Jetbrains supports us with several Idea licenses. To get the Idea Ultimate license: make one or more MR to our project, write Elena directly about license wish.

1. they intend to use them only for active brn contributers, only for brn project.
2. project owner get it back after a month not working on brn project.
