Now we fetch the latest release of Bitcoin Core instead of the latest tag from the github api to avoid issues of missing signatures.

Build ACK: Compiled on macOS Big Sur 11.1 with Xcode 12.3 (12C33) with no errors.
Tested ACK: GS Installed bitcoin-core 20.1, Tor 0.4.4.6, used QuickConnect to add node to GW, in GW imported ChristopherA/Peter/Wolf account map from last GCS test. First attempt got some kind of "couldn't make change" error, but on retry created Cold Account and started rescanning. NOTE: the life hashes do not match for that version of GW and GCS (not a bug in GS).
