Working Version

This is a working version that I've got running, It's expanded upon from my earlier versions.

It has more error checking and output, It also supports Radarr and Sonarr in one app.

To get started, Just editor the Config file for the app as per the readme and then run on your machine.

It has the ability to be started as a Windows Service too

You'll need to add your own WinSCP binary as I don't have permission to distribute it
