Creating a LN invoice with an amount lower than the open channel fee hangs indefinitely with Breez. This implements a frontend check to disable the 'create invoice' button if the amount is lower than the fee.
LN invoice copy button wasn't working on Qt, this fixes it. co-authored: thisconnect
