Add back (fixed) deps.edn + shadow-cljs jack-in/connect config

What has Changed?

I realized that the reason this config was sometimes working and sometimes not was that there was a reliance on that the shadow tooling api was required. I don't know if something has moved out there or if it is more a matter of which project, but anyway, now the require is included as part of the code used for connecting the cljs REPL.
