Description

Is your feature request related to a problem?

Locales are not updated automatically like config files.

Describe the solution you'd like us to implement.

It would be good to have locale files automatically updated with the latest translations.

Describe alternatives you've considered.

Manually delete the locale files and have them regenerate (current system)
