Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Players can take gravel from nether trees and craft coarse dirt, then plow it by hoe and diggs off to get normal dirt and more and more and more

Option to prevent plowing coarse dirt by hoe

What would you like it to be ?

A world setting or an island protection flag?

World setting, that players cannot change it
