Description

Is your feature request related to a problem?

At the moment it is not possible to use the command functions that were made because of this issue: #1658.
Unfortunately it is not possible to use this command on a spawn island.

Describe the solution you'd like us to implement.

Make it possible to change setting and protection flags on spawn island using the command(s).

Describe alternatives you've considered.

This is done. Try the 1.16.1 snapshot release.

New parameters for admin settings, "[player]/[world flag]/spawn-island [flag/active/disable] [rank/active/disable]"

Example:

> oba settings spawn-island BUCKET Visitor 
[22:16:53 INFO]: Success!
