Add remaining default parameter values

Default values of some parameters are still lacking. I list them below, these values are taken from Miele et al. 2019.

• scaling of carrying capacity (?)
• relative strength of competition for space and interference (?)
• capture coefficient $a_{ij}=50 m_i^{0.45} m_j^{0.15}$ if $i$ and $j$ mobile, $a_{ij} = 50 m_j^{0.15}$ if $i$ is sessile and $j$ mobile, $a_{ij} = 50 m_i^{0.45}$ if $i$ is mobile and $j$ is sessile.  
• handling time $h_{ij} = 0.3 m_i^{-0.48} m_j^{-0.66}$
