I realised that the haphazard nature of http 'command' (AKA 'url') definitions was a potential for disaster. So this PR make the effort to standardise them all and their usages.
Note that I've changed the term
urltocmdin the codebase wherever I could. This is because what was calledurlwas in fact just a 'command'.
