I created a new github actions workflow
test_modules.ymlwhich tests download, read-lab-metadata, map and validate modules using a new testing dataset included intests/which is conveniently separated with the files needed for each module in its respective folder (e.g. files intests/data/sftp_handle/include the files needed to test download module).Along with that, I needed to implement minor changes in
json_validation.py,map_schema.py,schema/relecov_schema.jsonandconf/anatomical_material_collection_method.jsonso the tests could work properly
