What kind of change does this PR introduce?
Description:
A memory leak issue was detected on a project that used this library for endpoint validation. The root of this problem lied within
openapi-validator-utils, one of the dependencies of this project. The issue has now been fixed on its latest version, so this change updates the dependency to make sure our validator instances are not affected by this problem anymore.For more details on the original issue, please, refer to the PR with the fix.
