Add support for uploading packages greater than 5GB. However, due to an issue renewing the session (upload) token the upload must complete in less than an hour, after which the token expires and upload will fail.
Note, the app's memory usage is tied to the size of the file being uploaded, so if you have a 15GB file memory usage increase as more of the file is uploaded, up to slightly over 15GB. Memory is released once the package is fully uploaded, or the upload fails.
