Discovered this error while publishing (trying to publish) 1.1.17. Related to #246.

  File "/tmp/conda-bld/apstools_1580507282861/test_tmp/run_test.py", line 5, in <module>
    import apstools.synApps_ophyd
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'apstools.synApps_ophyd'
