Describe the bug
The current PR's welcome point to https://reactjs.org/docs/how-to-contribute.html#your-first-pull-request which is Reactjs's contributing guide. This was accidentally copied to psammead and spread to all packages.

Additional context
We should also make our primary readme nicer to read, maybe add some emoji
