- Remove contract assemblies from the repo as build pipelines are now in charge of providing the correct contract assemblies.
- Upgrade ApiCompat to version 5-beta.
- Introduce ApiCompatExcludeAttributeList.
- Introduce a workarond for missing contract assemblies.
