Kaito Model Management & Chat Features

• Allows user to track progress of multiple deployments
• Enables users to cancel ongoing deployments, remove successful ones, and redeploy failed attempts.
• User can retrieve and save logs from the kaito-workspace cluster
• User can asynchronously perform actions on several deployments
• Allows user to test the inference server of successfully deployed models
• Allows user to provide prompts and adjust arguments to query the model
• Added health pre-checks for kaito operations
• Several adjustments & slight additions to UI
• Fixes issues:

  [KAITO VS code experience] add the appropriate KAITO version to the install page #1065
  [KAITO VS code experience] Update the KAITO diagram on intro page #1066
  [KAITO VS code experience] Add button allowing customers to go to the managed workspace section of KAITO #1067
  ['KAITO VS code experience] Tell the customer we are installing the managed KAITO addon #1068
  [KAITO VS code experience] The "Install" button should keep on appearing disabled while Kaito is being installed #1069
