FYI - Batch Service is blocked from creating a release plan and this issue should unblock them - Azure/azure-sdk-tools#6638. We have the epic for the product (we generated one for Batch when they onboarded as a service as a placeholder) in AzureDevops at this time - https://dev.azure.com/azure-sdk/Release/_queries/edit/17497/?text=batch&queryId=fa0d725a-db96-48fc-9f0f-6a76670d2380. I have tagged and added comment to the epic product with link to the GitHub issue that will unblock them.

I believe we're still blocked from creating a release plan due to the requirement to schedule an intro meeting (which we did long before the current tooling existed), but FYI the service tree ID is 58aa8ff2-5d53-444a-8026-1610fb23c30f
