This change puts analyzer files back to state included in the 20230131.1 Azure.ClientSdk.Analyzers build, which is what's currently running in the azure-sdk-for-net repo.
It restores the files included in #6156 to commit id
63c91f73c80d1780f681abacd159914129d2f2a7.The changes from #6156 will be added to #6496 after this PR merges, so that the full set of related changes can be included in a single PR.
This has the effect of keeping the azure-sdk-tools main branch in sync with what's currently being run in azure-sdk-for-net.
