The T1 library for Event Grid was deleted from the repo in #37671. Since that time the T1 test pipeline has been failing - https://dev.azure.com/azure-sdk/internal/_build/results?buildId=2994977&view=logs&j=f4d485f0-cb47-550a-8fb1-398c86901ec7.
Deleting these two files as they are no longer needed and the pipelines should not be run anymore.
