Create samples

Summary

In preparation for the second preview release of the track two Event Hubs client, the samples which accompany it should be extended to include the new features.

Scope of Work

• A new sample should be created to illustrate the "streaming receive" API. This should be grouped in the same area as other event consumer scenarios.

• A new sample should be created for publishing with the EventBatch. This should be grouped in the same area as other event publishing scenarios.

• The existing samples have been updated to reflect the new retry options, where applicable.

Out of Scope

• Updates or changes to documentation other than samples; that will be covered under a dedicated workstream.

Success Criteria

• The samples detailed by the scope have been created and the associated smoke tests pass reliably.

• The existing samples have been reviewed for accuracy and are in a good state for release of the second preview of the track two Event Hubs client library.
