@jeremymeng glad the credscan issue has been fixed. This PR will likely still reopen as it is more about the auto-baselining update. Ben and I are still trying to figure out the strategy. |

#31098 should reduce this file to target the core pipeline only. I expect a new auto-baseline PR will open with a smaller config a day after closing this. |
