Version increment due to accidental core package release #16094

Increment version for accidentally released core packages. Following package versions were released as incorrect dev version.

See #16094 for details. This PR just updates core-client to 1.2.1 so I can release it

There are packages that have had core releases this week, can you update this so that the version updates are correct?
For eg - core-auth we already bumped version to 1.3.2 and released that version, and bumped main branch's version to 1.3.3. So
Similarly for core-client - published version is 1.2.1 for this release cycle and main branch's version is 1.2.2
I think it's safe to remove core-auth and core-client for updates for this PR.
