Closing this PR as it doesn't really help much because we need to get the packages from the local deployed location in order to get the matching gpg signed bits. I may pick-up this work more in the future. |

@mitchdenny do you remember why you did the publishing before the gpg signing? I have to test but it is possible that the artifacts directory doesn't contain the full gpg signed files either because they get published to a different folder, but at any rate it would be good to upload the exact signed and artifacts that were published.
