Most applications authenticating a workload identity will deploy in pods having configuration for that identity set in environment variables by the admission webhook. Requiring applications to provide that configuration as constructor arguments just adds friction in most cases, so this PR moves the arguments into the options bag and has the constructor default to environment configuration.
