Docs: Update the New-AzApiManagementApiRevision Example 1 command description to match the ApiRevision arg in the code sample

Description

This change updates the documentation for New-AzApiManagementApiRevision Example 1: Create an empty API Revision for an API. The 'API revision' now matches the -ApiRevision argument in the code sample.
