What happened:

Kicking off the discussion to make the Container runtime pluggable. Currently only looking to move from Docker engine to Docker ee/ce and nvidia-docker on GPU enabled VMs.

There's also the larger question of if we should move to CRI

W/ the moby rollout let's close this. I'll open up a new one to track enabling nvidia drivers w/ moby.
