trying to be clear about what actually creates it, so I'm not sure about this change

the code tells me it's a constructor already, but it doesn't tell me it create a range constraint in the underlying implementation unless i am familiar with the code

so are you saying that the fact that the constructor is the one creating this range constraint is too obvious?

no, i meant that we see it's a constructor and the comment should say what happens under the hood in the constructor, hence my comment :)

well, I just thought it might've been unclear that it was happening under the hood in the constructor.
