Social | Add e2e test for publicize activation from the editor

When Jetpack is active and the publicize module is off, if you try to activate publicize from the editor, it crashes. See #40375

Proposed changes:

• Add e2e test for publicize activation link in the editor added in Social | Convert activate social button in the editor to link #40390

• To test on Simple, run the following command on your sandbox:

Jetpack plugin:

The Jetpack plugin has different release cadences depending on the platform:

• WordPress.com Simple releases happen semi-continuously (PCYsg-Jjm-p2).
• WoA releases happen weekly.
• Releases to self-hosted sites happen monthly. The next release is scheduled for none scheduled (scheduled code freeze on undefined).
