Description
We noticed some error logs from
issueUpdateReplicaSetOp().Most likely culprit is the identity relay for
UserReplicaSetManagerClient.updateReplicaSet(), so just added a try-catch there with a better error msgTests
Existing tests should ensure no regressions
Currently we have no test coverage for this exact error case, but its in the works
How will this change be monitored? Are there sufficient logs?
