Executable path placeholder %h for current project name to support external virtualenv folders like ~/.virtualenv

That's useful. It lets one use the same atom configuration for different projects relying on different virtualenvs or pylint wrappers.

One could argue if you are in this situation, you should use https://atom.io/packages/project-manager
which will do a better work for you.

Either merge or close this.

Personally I would remove all these replacements and just have people use project-manager if they really need it, but as it's an established usage here I can see how this would be useful so I'll merge it.
