Since `commitlint` currently only has a plugin for Travis CI, this is the easiest way of getting things running while verifying that commit messages are valid in CI.

This covers the remaining changes necessary to get Continuous Deployment working that were missing from #50.
This adds a configuration for Travis CI as currently
commitlint, used to verify that the commit messages fit the required standard, only has a runner for this CI service.
