Free text, use _rationale.gsp as a guide for the UI portion of the work. Ensure the title, explanation, maxSize (default 1500) and helpText are parameters available in the model.
Use "relatedProjects" as the attribute name in the view model.

As proponents have been asked to specify existing/related work, for clarity purposes the inclusion of this section would allow MERIT users to see how this project differs from other bushfire recovery work. Hence, the explanatory note that could be added to this new section is ‘Please identify how this project relates to previous, or existing, bushfire recovery efforts. For closely related projects, please also indicate why this project complements and does not duplicate existing work’

This new section should be added after the Project Description and before the Project Partnerships sections in the new bushfires - states sub-program.
