Melanie B suggested:

Do you still plan to provide such links within the RIF-CS on your side? e.g. https://biocache.ala.org.au/ws/occurrences/search?q=data_resource_uid:dr359 within the RIF_CS for rd359)? We could do it on our side but it would be therefore quite specific for ALA as opposed to a general solution for OpenAPI implementations beyond ALA. For these sorts of links, it looks like we wouldn't get metadata for the service URL, but we could work some of it out:

serviceURL: https://biocache.ala.org.au/ws/occurrences/search?q=data_resource_uid:dr359
service title: 'occurrences' (extract 'occurrences' from service URL?) for dataset (dataset name from Collection title)
data subject: from dataset metadata

ALA won't fix as moving to new infrastructure.

Need to determine if RIF-CS feed is required in new infrastructure.
