This release have a lot of changes in Astar runtime: enables full EVM functionality and unlock ASTR token transfers.

For collators this upgrade preferred because of Polkadot version updates.

Astar parachain launch 🚀

This is Astar parachain launch release. Be careful, to launch node in Astar network --chain key should be set to astar and --parachain-id to 2006.

It was long 2 year development story. And finally an Astar onboarded as a Polkadot parachain🎉 Congratulations to the team and community 🍻, without your support it's impossible to be here.

Support for Polkadot 0.9.11

Upgrade priority: HIGH.

This is urgent release with Polkadot v0.9.11 and ScaleInfo support.

Note: all Shiden Network nodes must upgrade to astar-collator v2.7.0 to keep in sync with Kusama relay.

The DApp Staking

Native runtime version: shiden-17, shibuya-8.

After a long way of development the DApp Staking feature introduced for Shiden Network.

Note: Shiden collator upgrade is optional, but Shibuya network relay replaced, Shibuya collators should upgrade ASAP.
