Description

We want all the xcm precompiles' token transfers to be done using orml-xtokens and not our custom fork of pallet-xcm

Required Tasks

  • Change the implementation of functions defined in XCM.sol interface of the precompiles to use orml-xtokens
  • remove our fork of pallet-xcm from runtimes
  • legacy functions clean-up
